Sova Studio is a pottery studio focused on creating functional ceramics for everyday life.

The name Sova reflects the idea of rest and quiet moments. In a world that moves quickly, we believe everyday objects can help slow things down — even in small ways.

Each piece is made with the intention of being used: a bowl held in the hand, a cup used every morning, a plate that becomes part of a shared meal.

Inspired by the balance of Japanese simplicity and Scandinavian warmth, Sova Studio pieces are designed to feel calm, natural, and enduring.

No two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in glaze, form, and texture are part of the process and reflect the hand of the maker.

Sova Studio was founded by May, with a passion for creating pieces that feel personal, intentional, and quietly beautiful.

Each piece is shaped by hand, embracing subtle imperfections that make every item unique. What began as a creative practice grew into a collection designed for everyday rituals and meaningful gifting.
